ShApril 2016 - Weeks 1 & 2
In most ways ShApril 2016 (get in shape in April) has been my easiest yet. My main goals for the month are no makeup and no alcohol, as well as general upping my heathy eating and lifestyle. Though these goals have been super easy to uphold they have been very (alarmingly?) enlightening. Wedding Series: Prioritize a Wedding Budget
I researched, read and pinned a lot of stuff about wedding planning. What percentage you should spend on what. Who should pay for what. To be quite honest, non of it was remotely helpful. Why would I spend 8% of my budget on flowers? 3% on transportation? Who makes this stuff up? I talk about prioritzing a lot (link to new years, link to dream wedding). ShApril 2016
Shapril – or “Get in shape in April” – is going to be different this year. My husband and I, for the past four years or so, have used the month of April to get into shape after the long Torontonian winter. We set pretty basic guidelines for ourselves at frist, like eating healthy and always taking the stairs. Last year I wanted to try something really extreme: eating no processed food at all.
