Recipe: Apple-Banana Pancakes
These non-flour "pancakes" are so delicious and sweet that no condiments are required! As soon as I tasted them I thought "Wow, kids would LOVE these, WITHOUT syrup!"...and then seeing my husband's face made me realizes he loved them too! (Although to be fair, he likes a lot of kiddie stuff!). The recipe was super easy and adapted from the recipe below: Apple-Banana Pancakes What I did: 2 eggs 2 bananas, mashed 1 peeled apple, diced small 2 tbs almond butter 1 1/2 tsp cinnamo

This month, however, has not been anywhere near easy, or even really that fun. And one my biggest surprises is the utter

ShApril 2015 - One Week In
One Week In...a Rant! One week in. One long, roller coaster, emotional week in! It has not been an easy week. I've found myself moody, irritable, and hungry. I've also at times felt energized and inspired. But mostly (you can ask my husband) very very up and down. April 1st I came down with something.
